The Mencom MDC-4MFP-1M-A01 Micro DC (M12) male/female straight extension armored cordset features a 4 pin insert, 22 AWG wire and 1 meter of cable. The body is black PVC with gold plated copper alloy contacts. Stainless steel armor covering yellow PVC cable, which is rated at 300V and 105 C. Mencom MDC molded cable cordsets use an M12 coupling nut and provide plug and play solutions for various applications, particularly for sensors. They have an A-coded single keyway and are sometimes referred to as Micro-change connectors.
The 304 stainless steel armor that covers the cable helps reduce the risk of damage due to corrosion, while also withstanding impacts and abrasions. The 304 steel stands up to a wide variety of chemicals and is easy to keep clean. It also reduces the chances of contamination. Armored molded cables are ideal for applications that are in especially harsh environments. Rated IP 69.
