M12 Power Connectors & Molded Cordsets

Major Electronix handles M12 power connectors from Sealcon & Lumberg Automation. The Sealcon M12 hardwired connectors are sold as kits that come with 14 AWG & 16 AWG contacts, for 4 + ground inserts. They are nickel plated brass with copper alloy contacts. We also carry a selection of Sealcon panel mount and single hole mount M12 connectors. They are 4 + ground with 14 AWG or 16 AWG contacts. Inserts are rated at 63V or 630V and 16A, with L coding or K coding. These kits come un-assembled with separate housings, inserts, and crimp contacts. Spare contacts and assembly instructions are included. M12 power molded cordsets from Lumberg automation are available with 4 or 5 poles, with S, K, L, or T coding. These M12 molded cordsets come in male or female configurations, rated at 63V or 630V, with PUR or PVC cable. Cables are typically 2, 5, or 10 meters. The cordsets are can be used with M12 distribution boxes that have corresponding M12 power ports.
