Circuited Form B DIN Connectors with Molded Cable

Major Electronix handles a wide range of Form B DIN connectors with molded cable. DIN 43650 Form B Molded Cable Connectors with a circuit can include an LED indicator, diode or surge suppression. They come in cord lengths of 2, 3, 5 & 10 meters and are available from HTP or Omal. The HTP Form B molded connectors come with an integrated NBR gasket and a few feature top cable entry. Omal DIN connectors come with a thermoplastic flat gasket. There are versions with 10-50V, 24, 110-120V or 120V LED indicators. These Form B molded cable connectors are 2 poles + ground with 10 or 11 mm pin spacing. The LED indicator confirms the voltage supply and MOV surge suppression or diodes give overvoltage protection to the source and load. Since DIN connectors are most commonly used with solenoid valves, having surge suppression prevents damage and interference if a power surge is detected. Diodes and MOV surge suppression can work differently. Diodes will operate only with DC circuits, and are reliant on the polarity. MOV suppression can be used with AC or DC or circuits, and are not affected by the polarity of the application.
