All in-stock items (unless otherwise specified) are shipped within 24 to 48 hours, Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm.
Carriers
We ship from multiple warehouses located across the US depending on the product and its proximity to your location. The majority of orders ship via UPS, but we may also use USPS, FedEx, or Freight Carriers on occasion. We always aim to use the fastest possible method to get your order to you.
Order Tracking
If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information and notify you by email. Please note that some orders shipped via 1st Class USPS mail will not include a tracking number.
Shipping Rates
We offer low Flat Rate ground shipping charges.
Please note: Flat Rate Ground Shipping is only available for the continental US and does not include Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.
Second Day and Next Day shipping rates are determined by the shipping weight of the product and your delivery location. All available shipping options and their costs are shown before you reach the final checkout page.
Back Orders
If an item goes on back order or becomes unavailable, we will notify you immediately and ship the portion of your order that is in stock. Once the remaining item becomes available, we will ship the rest of your order at no additional shipping and handling charge.
