Industrial Ethernet switches to meet any requirement

Major Electronix offers a wide range of industrial Ethernet switches from ATOP, Hirschmann, Mencom, and Red Lion. There are unmanaged and fully managed switches available, including Ethernet switches with multi-fiber ports for long distance operation. Major Electronix also offers ATOP and Red Lion N-Tron^® Series serial devices as well as the Hirschmann RS series and Spider Ethernet switches. The Red Lion N-TRON® series offers unmanaged and fully managed industrial Ethernet switches as well as the 9000 series of modular ethernet switches. Some of the features of the Red Lion N-TRON® fully managed industrial Ethernet switches include N-View OPC server software and advanced management. Advanced management includes IGMP Snooping, VLAN, QoS, Trunking and Port Monitoring. Most of the Red Lion N-TRON® Ethernet switches are ideal for use in industrial data acquisition, control, and Ethernet I/O applications, specifically the 300 and 1000 series. The Red Lion N-TRON® 700 and 7000 series particularly suited as Ring Managers or Ring Members. The Red Lion N-TRON® 100 series offers a wide selection of unmanaged industrial Ethernet switches while the 500 series is useful for security equipment because it can be configured with advanced management. A selection of power supplies are also available that compliment the Red Lion N-TRON® or Mencom Ethernet switches. These industrial Ethernet switches can operate under extreme conditions and are used in many different industries, including transportation, power stations and telecommunications.
