Mencom MDC-4MFP-10M-A03 M12 Covered Stainless Steel Cordset, 4 Pole, Male/Female Straight, 10 M

The Mencom MDC-4MFP-10M-A03 Micro DC (M12) male/female straight extension armored cordset features a 4 pin insert, 22 AWG wire and 10 meters of cable. The body is black PVC with gold plated copper alloy contacts. It has black PVC jacketed stainless steel armor covering yellow PVC cable, which is rated at 300V. Mencom MDC cordsets use an M12 coupling nut and create plug and play capability for various applications, particularly for sensors. These molded cable connectors have an A-coded single keyway and are sometimes referred to as Micro-change connectors.

The 304 stainless steel armor enveloping the cable prevents damage due to corrosion, while also withstanding impacts and abrasions. The 304 steel is resistant to a wide variety of chemicals, and reduces the chance of contamination. The PVC jacket covering the stainless steel adds a water tight layer of protection. Armored molded cables are useful for applications that are in extremely harsh environments. Rated IP 69.
