How to Return an Item

Confirm Return Eligibility
Make sure the request is submitted within 30 days of purchase and the product remains unused and in new condition.

Request an Authorization Number and the correct return location before sending the product.

Pack the Product
Securely package the item in its original box or packaging, including applicable accessories and documentation.

Ship as Directed
Send the return only to the location provided by our team and include the Authorization Number with the shipment.

Refunds and Shipping Charges

Returns are normally inspected within 48 hours after they are received.
After approval, the refund will be applied to the original credit card or payment method. An email notification will be sent when the refund is processed.
Depending on your credit card company or financial institution, it may take an additional 2-5 business days for the credit to appear in your account.
Original and return shipping charges are generally nonrefundable.
Applicable shipping charges will be refunded when the return is caused by an error by Major Electronix Corp, such as an incorrect product, incorrect color, or damaged product being shipped.

⚠️ Freight and Nonreturnable Products Select large Seifert products shipped by freight are non-cancelable and nonreturnable. Any applicable restrictions are clearly noted on the individual product page.
