Form C Male DIN Connectors

Major Electronix handles several different types of Form C male DIN 43650 connectors. DIN 43650 Form C male connectors from Hirschmann are available in panel mount or for molding. They are offered in 2 + ground or 3 + ground versions, with 8 or 9.4mm pin spacing, with 9.4mm being the industry standard. The panel mount male Form C connectors include a central nut and two screws. As with Form C DIN connectors, they are known for their flat blade pins. When plugged in, these connectors are capable of achieving an IP 65 rating, indicating protection from dust and water. They are all rated at 6A and 250V AC/DC. The male Form C connectors are made from polyamide and feature a wide operating temperature range of -40 C to 125 C (-40 F to 257 F). Most commonly used with solenoid valves, male Form C DIN connectors can also be found in hydraulic and pneumatic applications.
