The Mencom MDC-5FP-2M-R-A03 Micro DC (M12) female right angle armored cordset features a 5 pin insert, 22 AWG wire and 2 meters of cable. The body is black PVC with gold plated copper alloy contacts. PVC jacketed stainless steel armor covering yellow PVC cable, which is rated at 300V and 105 C. Mencom MDC cordsets make use of an M12 coupling nut and feature an A-coded single keyway. M12 connectors also have plug and play capability for various applications.

The 304 stainless steel armor around the cable prevents damage because of corrosion, and also withstands impacts and abrasions. The 304 steel is resistant exposure from a variety of different chemicals, both organic and inorganic, while also reducing the risk of contamination.
