Sealcon Elongated M16 x 1.5 Metric Nylon / Plastic liquid tight strain relief is sometimes referred to as cord grips or cable glands. These fittings are used when attaching wire or cable in a large variety of industries, and can be found in many types of applications. This cord grip provides a NEMA 4x 6 (IP 68 & 69K), 150 PSIG (10 bar) Liquid Tight Rating. Elongated threads are mostly used when the cord grip passes through a thick wall, or if a longer thread length better serves the application. Sealcon cord grips feature patented overlapping clamping splines and recessed custom grommets to help protect your cable from damage and the elements. The CD17DR-GY has a large amount of Pull-out resistance because it applies an even force on all points of the cable.
