The CD07CR-BR combines a nickel-plated brass body with an elongated PG 7 / 1/4 in. NPT thread. It is sized for 0.08–0.20 in. (2–5 mm) cable and is well suited to panels where a standard short thread does not provide enough engagement.
Durable Strain Relief with a Concentric Liquid-Tight Seal
The Sealcon CD07CR-BR cable gland protects and retains small-diameter cable at industrial enclosure entries. Its nickel-plated brass body adds mechanical durability, while the Buna-N seal and Nylon 6/6 splined bushing form a controlled seal around the cable jacket.
The self-locking ACME dome thread closes the overlapping splines concentrically. Even clamping helps keep the form seal in position, resists pull-out, and limits cable-jacket damage. Compatible standard or reduced inserts can be exchanged when a different supported cable opening is needed.
