Sealcon CD07CR-GY: Gray Nylon Elongated-Thread Cable Gland, PG 7 / 1/4 in. NPT, 2–5 mm Cable
Gray Nylon 6/6 liquid-tight cord grip with an elongated 0.59 in. (15 mm) thread for 0.08–0.20 in. (2–5 mm) cable. Its overlapping clamping splines and Buna-N seal provide strain relief and environmental protection in thick-wall panels and industrial enclosures.

Use the CD07CR-GY when a gray PG 7 / 1/4 in. NPT cable gland must pass through a thicker wall. The fitting supports 0.08–0.20 in. (2–5 mm) cable and uses a 0.59 in. (15 mm) thread to provide more engagement than a short-thread design.
Liquid-Tight Cable Retention for Industrial Panels
The Sealcon CD07CR-GY cord grip secures small-diameter cable at enclosure and equipment entries. Gray Nylon 6/6 construction resists corrosion and reduces weight, while the Buna-N seal helps keep moisture and contaminants away from internal connections.
Patented overlapping clamping splines compress the recessed grommet evenly around the cable. The concentric force improves pull-out resistance and helps protect the jacket from point loading, making the fitting useful on machinery and field equipment where vibration and environmental exposure are concerns.

🔧 Installation Notes
