Split cable entry frames are specialized systems designed to enable the routing, sealing, and strain relief of pre‑terminated cables into enclosures and control panels without needing to disconnect cable connectors. Their two-part frame design allows allows for easy customization

  • Superior Ingress Protection & Strain Relief: Split frames support ingress ratings up to IP66 / UL Type 4X. Grommets ensure strain relief compliant with EN 62444
  • Cut‑Out Compliance & Reliable Installation: Frames match standard industrial cut-outs. Screw mounting systems secure mounting.
  • High Cable Density: Designed to support high-density cable routing as certain frames can accommodate up to 10 grommets, enabling up to 40 cables per frame.
  • Robust Construction: Constructed from glass fiber reinforced polypropylene, with flame rated UL94‑V0, halogen- and silicone-free, UV-resistant material. Operating temperatures range from -40 °C to +155°C
