Cable Entry for Pre-Terminated Cables
The split frame design accommodates pre-terminated cables, and the housing snaps together without screws. SPP series inserts slide into the frame to accommodate the cable diameters in the assembly. The system allows multiple cables to pass through the same cable gland frame.
M32 Mounting and SPP Insert Selection
The DES CLICK 32G uses an M32 threaded connection and includes a locknut and gasket for installation. Choose compatible SPP series inserts for the individual cable diameters, within the 2–16 mm range. The frame provides strain relief based on EN 62444. Inserts must be ordered separately from the frame.
Material and Protection
The gray polycarbonate housing is UV resistant, halogen-free, and silicone-free. It has an IK10 impact rating, IP54 ingress protection, and a UL 94 V0 flammability rating. The temperature range is −40°C to 155°C (−40°F to 311°F).
