✅ M23 Connector Configuration
M23-RADM9 is a radius-flange panel connector with a 9-pole insert and male mating threads. Its contact layout uses eight 1 mm contacts and one 2 mm contact. Male pin and female socket inserts fit the same housing style, allowing the contact gender and termination method to be selected for the application.

Sealcon M23 Connector for Industrial Machine Connections
The Sealcon creates a configurable connection for motors, drives, encoders, control panels, and industrial machinery. The mixed 9-pole layout combines eight signal positions with one higher-current position in a sealed radius-flange panel interface. The modular housing accepts either a male or female insert, so equipment designers and maintenance teams can match the connector interface to the wiring plan without changing the basic housing style.
The copper-zinc alloy with nickel-plated surface body provides a durable interface for industrial service. Gold-plated brass-alloy contacts support reliable conductivity, while the Euro Lock System keeps installed crimp contacts seated. Correctly assembled and mated configurations are rated IP67/IP69K and NEMA 4X for protection against dust, water, and washdown exposure.

🧾 How to Order
1. Select the housing: Three radius-flange housing options. Includes an anti-vibration O-ring and flat body gasket.
2. Select the insert: Male (pin) and female (socket) 9-pole inserts are available with dip-solder contacts or without contacts for crimp termination.
3. Select contacts if needed: Select eight matching 1 mm pin or socket contacts, then select one matching 2 mm pin or socket contact. Separate contacts are not required with dip-solder inserts.
