Sealcon Elongated M63 x 1.5 Metric Nickel Plated Brass cable glands are used to assist customers in many industries when connecting wire or cable to different applications. Also referred to as a strain relief fitting or cord grip, it provides a NEMA 4x & 6 (IP 68 & 69K), 150 PSIG (10 bar) Liquid Tight Rating. The CD63DA-BR allows you to increase or decrease the cable opening just by trading out the standard and reduced inserts, furthering its versatility. The self locking ACME thread on the dome top ensures that the overlapping splines apply an even seal, keeping the form seal from being pulled out of the fitting. Pull-out protection is given to your cable without damage being caused. Elongated threads are ideal when the fittings go through a thick wall, or simply if a longer thread length more efficiently serves the application.
