JORC 3603-H1 SMART-GUARD-HP Level-Sensing Condensate Drain, 230V AC

Level sensing removes condensate without compressed air loss in systems rated up to 725 PSI. This model includes normally open alarm contacts for external monitoring.

✅ High-Pressure Compressed Air Systems

The SMART-GUARD-HP supports compressor capacities up to 3500 CFM and provides top and side inlet choices for compressed air condensate drainage.

Automatic Condensate Drainage Without Air Loss

The JORC 3603-H1 SMART-GUARD-HP is a 230V AC level-sensing condensate drain for compressed air systems operating up to 725 PSI. Its capacitive sensor controls a direct-acting valve to remove condensate without losing air, with capacity for compressors up to 3500 CFM.

Three 1/2-inch NPT inlets provide top and side connection options. Normally open alarm contacts close in alarm mode to signal an external alarm device when the valve has opened more than 100 times without a pause. LED indicators and a TEST function provide local operating checks. The electronic module and top cover are removable, and the drain can be disassembled for maintenance.
