Overview
The JORC 3623-U4 SMART-GUARD 115V AC level sensing condensate drain removes accumulated condensate from industrial compressed air systems without compressed air loss. A capacitive sensor controls the 2/2-way direct acting valve, and the drain supports compressor capacities up to 3,500 CFM at operating pressures up to 230 PSI (16 bar).
A digital sight port provides level indication, and LEDs display operating status. The normally closed alarm contacts open in alarm mode, allowing connection to a compatible external alarm device for drain monitoring.
Three 1/2-inch NPT inlets provide a top connection and two side connection options. The built-in mesh strainer helps protect the serviceable valve, while the removable electronic module and top cover provide access for maintenance. A 6 ft power cord with plug is included.

Installation and Maintenance
The maximum drainage capacity is 176 gallons (665 liters) per hour at 230 PSI. Confirm the 115V AC power supply, expected condensate load, and inlet arrangement before installation. Match the external alarm circuit to the normally closed contacts. Follow the installation manual for wiring, functional checks, and service procedures.
