Product Overview
The Sealcon CD09AA-SS is a 303 stainless steel cord grip for industrial cable entries where corrosion resistance is a selection priority. It uses a PG 9 thread and accommodates cable outside diameters from 0.16 to 0.31 inch (4 to 8 mm). The fitting provides strain relief and liquid-tight sealing at the equipment connection.
The stainless steel body contains a Buna-N seal and nylon clamping insert. Its body length is 0.83 inch (21 mm), with a 0.24-inch (6 mm) mounting thread. Both the dome and body wrench flats measure 0.67 inch (17 mm) for installation access.
Sealing specifications include NEMA 4X and 6, IP68 and IP69K, a 150 psig (10 bar) pressure rating and submersion to 300 feet. The material combination supports industrial environments involving salt water, acids, alkalis, gasoline and oils. This is a made-to-order item with additional delivery time.
