The Macromatic ATP120A1R is an alternating relay. This 8 Pin plug-in relay has a control voltage of 120V AC. It is a triplexor relay used in applications where the run time of three loads needs to be equalized and more capacity is needed. It has an output of 3A SPNO, and works with 3 switch inputs (LEAD, LAG, LAG2). It can be used as a duplexor, or a triplexor if three loads are present. Operation is chosen by selector switch. The same selector switch can also lock into a certain load, to have that load energize first. It uses an 8 pin 70169-D octal socket.

The ATP120A1R features 3 LED indicators that display which load energizes first. All three LEDs will blink in the event of a switch failure. If power fails and comes back with more than the LEAD switch closed, a 10 second delay between energizing the first load and the other loads will keep all three from coming back at once
