The CD07GR-BK is the reduced-range enlarged-body option for 0.08–0.24 in. (2–6 mm) cable. It uses a PG 7 / 1/4 in. NPT thread and a larger 0.75 in. (19 mm) dome and body wrench flat, allowing precise cable sealing where the enlarged housing format is preferred.
Controlled Grip for Smaller Cable at Compact Entries
The Sealcon CD07GR-BK cable gland combines a compact entry thread with an enlarged black nylon body and a reduced cable opening. This configuration supports smaller cable diameters while providing accessible wrench flats and a robust sealing assembly for industrial enclosures.
Overlapping clamping splines close evenly around the cable jacket to improve pull-out resistance and protect the recessed grommet. Nylon 6/6 construction resists corrosion, while the Buna-N seal helps maintain environmental protection in wet, dirty, and vibration-prone installations.
