Mencom PCG-36 gray plastic cable gland has PG 36 thread. Accommodates 0.866" - 1.26" (22 - 32 mm) cable. This strain relief fitting is made to be liquid tight and can be used with ILME housings and hoods. The PCG36 can be found in a large number of applications and industries. It creates a protective seal for cables that pass through enclosures. Sold Individually. Includes locknut. Rated IP 68 for protection against exposure to dirt and moisture. Temperature Range: -20 C to 100 C. UL & CUL Recognized.

  • Creates strain relief for cable connections
  • Seal is strong enough to keep dust and water out
  • IP 68-5 BAR rating, similar to the NEMA 6P rating given to enclosures

Additional Product Information
The PCG-36 cable gland includes a Buna-N O-ring, in order to attain an IP 68 rated seal against the enclosure. It is made for use with round cables, and is not designed for flat or ribbon cables. Features a wide clamping range. The IP 68 rating means that the cable gland is completely protected from dust, and can stand up to submersion in water. It has a polyamide construction, which is known for its durability, so it will be able to handle many environmental conditions
