Mencom 1/2‑20 Male Receptacles

1/2‑20 Male Receptacles are used in automation systems as panel-mount connectors for signal and low-power applications. Designed to mate with standard 1/2-20 female field wireable connectors or molded cables, these 2- to 6-pin male receptacles are commonly used for connecting sensors and actuators. They are available pre-wired with 22 or 18 AWG leads and front-mount installation.

These receptacles are built with a nickel plated brass or aluminum shell and gold plated copper alloy contacts to ensure corrosion resistance and consistent electrical conductivity. When properly mated, the connectors typically meet IP67 environmental protection standards, making them dust-tight and resistant to temporary water immersion.

Electrical ratings commonly include up to 300 V AC/DC, and operating temperature ranges are typically between −40°C and +105°C. Most all of the receptacles are UL listed, confirming their compliance with safety regulations.
