Sealcon Seal & O-Rings for Strain Relief Fittings

Sealcon seal and O-Rings are available for metric, PG, & NPT threads. Seal rings and O-Rings are used when a NEMA 4x & 6 submersible rating is needed for a cable gland. The O-Rings are made from Buna-N material, silicone, or Viton. Viton O-Rings are a teal synthetic rubber, with Viton being a trademark of DuPont Dow Elastomer. Orange silicone O-Rings have the widest operating temperature range, while black Buna-N is the least expensive option. Seal rings are polyethylene or fiber reinforced plastic. Seal rings are the ideal choice for elbow fittings or conduit fittings that do not have a molded O-Ring groove.
