Sealcon M32 x 1.5 Metric Nickel Plated Brass Multi-hole Cord Grips, Strain Relief Fittings or Cable Glands are used by many different industries when connecting wire and cable to their applications. This fitting provides a NEMA 4x (IP 65) rating. The cable cannot be less than 80% of the diameter of the hole to obtain that rating. There also cannot be more than .04" (1 mm). of difference between the cable's diameter and the diameter of the hole. There must be an ideal fit to make the submersible NEMA 6 (IP 68) rating possible. The ACME thread on the CD32M2BR dome top is self locking and makes sure that the overlapping splines apply an even seal. This way the form seal is prevented from being pulled out of the fitting & it gives pull-out protection to your cable so no damage is caused.
