A vibration-resistant, self-locking ACME dome compresses the elastomer insert evenly around the cables. The Nylon 6/6 body is lightweight, durable, halogen-free, phosphorus-free, and resistant to salt water, weak acids, weak alkalis, alcohol, ester, ketones, ether, gasoline, mineral oil, animal oil, and vegetable oil.

⚠️ Confirm Cable-to-Hole Fit
For IP65 performance, each cable should be at least 80% of the 1.4 mm hole diameter, and the difference between the cable diameter and hole diameter must not exceed 0.04 in. (1 mm). IP68 / NEMA 6 protection is possible only with an ideal cable-to-seal fit and should be verified for the application. Locking nut and O-ring are sold separately.

Installation & Selection Guidance
Measure every cable before ordering. Select cables that meet the 80% minimum-diameter rule and keep each cable-to-hole difference within 1 mm. Tighten the dome evenly so the insert compresses around all four cables.
