Overview

The M23-FR12 is a Sealcon Right Angle Female M23 12 Pole Signal Connector designed for configurable industrial signal connections. It features a nickel plated die cast zinc housing/body with gold plated brass alloy contacts and supports male or female inserts in the same housing style.12 PoleIP67 / IP69K8 A

The Sealcon M23 right angle signal connector features a 12 pole insert and female threads. The body is nickel plated die cast zinc with gold plated brass alloy contacts. Housings, male/female inserts & optional crimp contacts are chosen based on the needs of the customer's application. Male or female inserts can be fitted into the same housing, thereby increasing flexibility. Features integrated strain relief. Operating temperature: - 40 C to 125 C (- 40 F to 257 F). Rated IP 67 / IP 69K, NEMA 4x.

Contact Security: No tools are required to install or remove crimp contacts - Less risk of damage to the insert or contacts due to repeated installation or removal. The Euro Lock System inside the insert keeps the contacts in position

Vibration Support: SLS (Spring Loaded Sockets) for applications in high vibration environments - Socket contacts have an integrated spring to increase the reliability of the connection and add support, up to 50g of shock and 10g continuous force.

How to Order

  1. Select a housing – Connector housings offer 5 different cable ranges. EMI housings and EMI housings with positioning available
  2. Select an insert – 12 pole male (pin) and female (socket) inserts are available with solder contacts or no contacts (for crimping). Inserts with grounds (PE) have the ground located at the 9th contact point.
  3. Select optional crimp contacts – Choose from either 1mm pin or socket crimp contacts (sold in sets of 12). Please Note: Separate contacts are not necessary for inserts with soldered contacts (choose the No Contacts Required option)
