Overview
The
M23-MS19 is a Sealcon M23 straight signal connector with a 19-pole insert and male threads. It uses a nickel plated die cast zinc body with gold plated brass alloy contacts for modular industrial signal connections.19 PoleMale ThreadsIP67 / IP69K
Male or female inserts can be fitted into the same housing, and optional crimp contacts can be selected to match the application. The connector includes integrated strain relief and is rated
IP67 / IP69K, NEMA 4X for protected field wiring. Insert takes sixteen 1mm contacts and three 1.5mm contacts.
🔌 Modular Connector Build
Insert Setup: 19-pole insert with 1mm (16), 1.5mm (3) contact diameter.
Contact Options: Solder contacts or optional crimp contacts can be selected based on the connector build.
Operating Range: – 40 C to 125 C (- 40 F to 257 F). with IP 67 / IP 69K, NEMA 4x protection.
Key Features
- No tools are needed to install or remove crimp contacts – Reduces risk of damage to the insert or contacts due to repeated installation or removal. The Euro Lock System inside the insert keeps the contacts in position
- Crimp contacts machined
- Solder contacts for manual soldering for PC boards
- SLS (Spring Loaded Sockets) for high vibration areas – Socket contacts have an integrated spring to increase the reliability of the connection and add support, up to 50g of shock and 10g continuous force.
- Color coded spacers for male and female inserts
- UL & CSA approvals
- RoHS & Deca BDE compliant
- Nickel plated die cast zinc housing – durable connector body for industrial use
- Gold plated brass alloy contacts – stable signal transfer through the insert
✅ Why Choose This M23 Connector?
This connector gives machine builders a flexible M23 signal connection platform. The same housing can accept male or female inserts, while solder or crimp contact options let the assembly match the wiring method required for the job.
Applications
The M23-MS19 is suited for industrial signal wiring where a durable M23 circular connector is needed:
- Machine signal wiring where a rugged circular connector is required
- Servo, motor feedback, and encoder cable assemblies
- Sensor and actuator connections on automated equipment
- Robotics, packaging, and material handling machines
- Industrial panels or field devices that need IP67 / IP69K protection

Contact note: Separate contacts are not required when using inserts with solder contacts (Choose No Contacts Required option).
Performance Benefits
- Modular housing design supports multiple insert and contact configurations
- Euro Lock System helps keep contacts positioned inside the insert
- SLS spring loaded socket option supports applications exposed to vibration
- IP67 / IP69K construction protects signal connections in demanding environments
📚 Configuration Guide
- Select a housing – Connector housings offer 3 different cable ranges
- Select an insert – 19 pole male (pin) and female (socket) inserts are available with solder contacts or no contacts (for crimping). Inserts with grounds (PE) have the ground located at the 12th contact position
- Select optional crimp contacts – Choose from either 1mm pin or socket crimp contacts (sold in sets of 16). Then select either 1.5mm pins or sockets (sold in sets of 3). Please Note: Separate contacts are not needed for inserts with soldered contacts (choose the No Contacts Required options)
🔧 Contact Selection
Crimp contacts are selected by insert pole count and contact diameter. Solder-contact inserts do not require separate crimp contacts.
