House electrical connections in a 4 inch deep carbon steel enclosure. The screw cover closes against an oil resistant gasket, and the body has no holes or knockouts.

A Shallow Steel Junction Box for Field Wiring
The Saginaw Control & Engineering SCE-1008SC screw cover enclosure provides a shallow housing for field wiring connections. Its 8 inch width is useful for compact terminal arrangements where a deeper control box would project too far from the mounting surface.
The enclosure measures 10.13" H x 8" W x 4" D and is made from 0.063" carbon steel with an ANSI-61 gray powder coating. Its continuously welded seams are ground smooth. Cover screws thread into sealed wells, and an oil resistant gasket seals the cover.
