The Macromatic THR-11361-31J is a Watchdog Time Delay Relay. This encapsulated relay has an input voltage of 240V AC. It has an adjustable time range of 1 to 100 sec. Time is adjusted by turning the blue dial at the top. The encasement of the unit is made for use under harsh conditions. The design is microprocessor-based to provide better functionality, and is perfect for high volume OEM applications. The internal jumper connected to pin 2 provides easier wiring.

The Re-triggerable Single Shot, or Watchdog, function means that the relay is energized and the time delay starts through the use of a trigger. The relay becomes de-energized once the time delay stops. Re-introducing the trigger before the time delay stops keeps it energized for another cycle. The unit can stay energized for as long as it's needed, provided that the trigger is implemented before the time delay ends.
