The AerosUSA 1732037310 DES-PDM M63/9B black cable entry plate has a 3.03" diameter with one 2.6-6mm, three 4.6-10.2mm, four 8.6-16.2mm, and one 10.9-20mm cable entries. This cable entry system allows for multiple cables to be inserted for an enclosure, which is perfect for smaller areas.
