AerosUSA 1731021100 SPP K 0G DES Blanking Insert

Solid small-size blanking grommet for AerosUSA DES frames. It fills an unused frame position and can be drilled for a future cable, although drilling may reduce the finished assembly's IP66 protection.

✅ Designed for AerosUSA DES Cable Entry Frames

The SPP K 0G small-size insert slides into a compatible DES cable entry frame to close an unused position. It can be exchanged with another SPP grommet later if the enclosure's cable-routing requirements change.

Close Unused DES Frame Positions

The AerosUSA 1731021100 SPP K 0G blanking insert fills an open small-size position in a DES cable entry frame. It helps maintain an orderly enclosure entry layout while reserving the position for a future cable or a different SPP grommet.

The UV-resistant TPE (thermoplastic elastomer) construction is halogen- and silicone-free. When correctly installed as part of the DES system, the insert supports IP66 protection against dust and powerful water jets. Inserts are packaged in quantities of 10 and are sold separately from the cable entry frame.

Choose SPP K 0G to fill an unused small-size DES frame position. If the insert is drilled later, verify the completed assembly's sealing performance because IP66 may no longer be achieved.

🔧 Installation Notes

Keep it intact for sealing: The solid insert can be drilled, but modification may reduce IP66 performance.
