The Mencom NAN-T-4MFP-2M-A03 Pico (M8) molded cable armored extension cordset features a female straight connector on one end and a male straight connector on the other. It has 4 pin inserts, 24 AWG wire and 2 meters of cable. The body is oil resistant black PVC with gold plated copper alloy contacts. Black PVC jacketed stainless steel armor covering black PVC cable, which is rated at 60V and 3 A. Mencom M8 cordsets feature M8 size mating thread and are prefect in smaller applications involving sensors and actuators.
The armor is 304 stainless steel, and reduces the risk of corrosion damage to the cable, while also withstanding impacts and abrasions. The 304 steel stands up to exposure from many chemicals, both organic and inorganic, and prevents contamination. The PVC jacket covering the stainless steel adds a water tight layer of protection. Armored molded cables are particularly useful for applications that are in extremely harsh environments. Rated IP 67 for dirt and moisture protection.
