The Omal Form A DIN 43650 to M12 (MDC) VAN-220-3401 from Mencom has 18mm pin spacing with a 4 pole male straight M12 plug and 2 meters of cable. The VAN-220-3401 has 18 AWG wire with a rated voltage of 250V and a rated current of 10A. Operating temperature -40 C to 80 C (-40 F to 176 F).
