The Macromatic THR-10968-04J is a flasher ON Time Delay Relay. This encapsulated relay has an input voltage of 24V AC/DC. It has an adjustable time range of 0.05 to 5 sec. Time is adjusted by turning the blue dial at the top. The encasement of the unit is made for use under harsh conditions. The design is microprocessor-based to provide better functionality, and is perfect for high volume OEM applications. The internal jumper connected to pin 2 provides easier wiring.

The Flasher ON function means that the time delay starts and the relay is energized along with the input voltage. When the time delay stops it de-energizes and it stays that way for another interval. After that it energizes again and the cycle repeats itself until the input voltage is taken out.
