Sealcon PG 9 Nickel Plated Brass cord grips are designed to assist customers in a wide number of industries when attaching cable or wire to various applications. Also known as a cable gland or strain relief fitting, it carries a NEMA 4x & 6 (IP 68 & 69K), 150 PSIG (10 bar) Liquid Tight Rating. The CF09CR-BR lets you adjust the cable opening size by switching out the standard or reduced inserts. The self locking ACME thread on the flex top makes sure that the overlapping splines apply an even seal, keeping the form seal from being pulled out of the fitting. It also provides your cable with pull-out protection without damage being caused. Cable kinking or chafing is eliminated by using the flex nut. Fittings with elongated threads are commonly used when they need to go through a thick wall, or simply if a longer thread length better serves the application.
