The Meltric 69-94167 DSN150 female receptacle is rated for 120/208V and 150A. It features 3 Poles plus ground and neutral. This power connector has a compact design that won't take up a lot of unwanted room. When attached to the compatible male inlet, it works well in wet or washdown applications in industrial environments, due to the watertight assembly. Safety shutter: Covers over contacts before plug is taken out to prevent contact with active components. Shutter is opened when the compatible plug is inserted
Spring loaded contacts: Ensures that the connection has the right amount of contact pressure. Balances out variations in construction and withstands wear and tear
Quick break mechanism: Disconnect by pushing the button, which breaks the circuit and detaches the plug.
Enclosed arc chamber: Any chance of an arc flash is kept inside. Contacts are contained within the enclosure.
