Description

The DuraChoice TW660 stainless steel 316 thermowell has a 6" stem length with 1/2" NPT female thread and 1/2" NPT male thread. One piece construction. Thermowells are made to protect thermometers and other instruments from corrosive substances. The thermometer stem sits inside the thermowell, which conveys the level of heat from the object. Using a thermowell also lets the thermometer be removed if needed, without damaging the tested object.
