SMART-GUARD MINI Level Sensing Drains Feature Compact Housings

SMART-GUARD MINI drains are compact, zero‑air‑loss, electronic condensate drains ideal for compressed air filters and refrigerated dryers up to 350 CFM.

Key Technical Features

  • Zero air loss operation via a capacitive level sensor controlling a 2/2 direct‑acting valve.
  • Pressure range: 0‑230 PSI (0‑16 bar) suitable for most industrial compressed air systems.
  • Flow orifice: 2 mm valve opening; valve seals made of FPM.
  • Connections: 1/2" NPT inlet; 1/4" hose pipe outlet.
  • Voltage and power options: Models available in 115 VAC, 230 VAC, 24 AC/DC.

Additional functions:

  • LED indicator light for status.
  • Test button to manually verify operation.
  • Blockage detection with auto‑pulsing to clear obstructions.
