Level sensing removes condensate without compressed air loss in systems rated up to 230 PSI. This model includes normally closed alarm contacts for external monitoring.

Automatic Condensate Drainage Without Air Loss

The JORC 3602 U2 SMART-GUARD-MINI-AL provides condensate drainage without compressed air loss and uses normally closed contacts for external alarm monitoring. Its space-saving design suits refrigerated dryers and filters operating up to 230 PSI, with compressor capacities up to 350 CFM.

Powered by 230V AC, the level sensor controls a direct-acting valve and detects conditions that may indicate a blockage. The drain attempts to clear blockages and is designed to activate its alarm after more than 100 valve openings without a pause. Continuous LED flashing indicates alarm mode. The serviceable external valve and protective mesh strainer support maintenance access and valve protection.
