Product Overview
The Sealcon CD09AA-CP is a black nylon liquid-tight strain relief cord grip with an aluminum clamping component for additional pull-out resistance. Its PG 9 thread and cable outside-diameter range of 0.16 to 0.31 inch (4 to 8 mm) suit industrial cable entries requiring both sealing and mechanical retention.
The fitting combines a nylon 6/6 body, Buna-N seal and anodized aluminum clamping nut. Overlapping clamping splines and a recessed grommet apply force around the cable to retain it and help protect the jacket. The aluminum clamp adds mechanical support where cable retention is a selection priority.
The operating temperature range is -20°C to 70°C (-4°F to 158°F). Sealing specifications include NEMA 4X and 6, IP68 and IP69K, a 150 psig (10 bar) pressure rating and submersion to 300 feet. The 0.59-inch (15 mm) thread length should be checked against the enclosure entry arrangement.

Suitable for machinery, control enclosures and other industrial cable entries where a nylon fitting with additional clamping support is required. Select the fitting according to the cable outside diameter, PG 9 entry and installation conditions.
