📋 Basic Assembly Overview
1. Verify Components: Confirm the insert, contact count, wire gauge, cable diameter, and mating connector before assembly.
2. Prepare Conductors: Strip the cable jacket and individual conductors to the dimensions required for the compatible crimp contacts.
3. Crimp Contacts: Use the correct calibrated crimp tool for the 1.25 mm female contacts and 22-16 AWG conductors.
4. Load the Insert: Place each terminated contact into the correct insert position until the Euro-Lock retention system secures it. Use the compatible insertion/removal tool when installing or servicing contacts.
5. Complete Assembly: Assemble the housing and strain relief around the 5-9 mm cable, then mate the connector and verify a secure seal.
