A large variety of industries make use of Sealcon M25 x 1.5 Metric Nickel Plated Brass Multi-hole Cord Grips, Strain Relief Fittings or Cable Glands to attach wire or cable to different applications. This fitting provides a NEMA 4x (IP 65) rating. To obtain this rating, the cable cannot be less than 80% of the diameter of the hole. The difference between the cable's diameter and the diameter of the hole cannot be more than .04" (1 mm). There must be an ideal fit to achieve the NEMA 6 (IP 68) submersible rating. The ACME thread on the CD25MPBR dome top is self locking and makes sure that the overlapping splines apply an even seal. This prevents the form seal from being pulled out of the fitting & provides your cable with pull-out protection so it causes no damage.
