A Larger Steel Housing for Control Assemblies
The Saginaw Control & Engineering SCE-1614SC carbon steel screw cover enclosure provides a larger face for arranging control components. Its 6 inch depth supports a conventional enclosed wiring layout without requiring the projection of a deeper box.
The enclosure measures 16.13" H x 14" W x 6" D and is made from 0.063" carbon steel with an ANSI-61 gray powder coating. Its continuously welded seams are ground smooth. Cover screws thread into sealed wells, and an oil resistant gasket seals the cover.

⚠️ Type 3R Installation Requirements
Special IS4 installation instructions apply to maintain the Type 3R environmental rating. Follow the instructions located on the enclosure door when installing this model.
🔧 Mounting and Cable Entry
Use the mounting provisions on the back at the top and bottom. Plan cable entry locations because the enclosure has no holes or knockouts. The internal standoffs support a compatible subpanel, which is purchased separately.
