The Mueller BU-63C-4 Insulated Alligator Clip is made from solid copper with a skin tight two piece yellow PVC insulator. It is rated for 10A and can accommodate 14-20 AWG wire. It has a banana plug or screw connection with a jaw opening of 0.31" (7.9 mm). With a screw connection, it is necessary to remove the insulator first. The BU63C4 has the same alligator clip as the BU60CS, with the only difference being the addition of the insulator. It can work with any covered, uncovered or retractable 0.16" (4mm) banana plugs.
