Macromatic relays monitor and protect your equipment.
Select the right relay for motors, pumps, compressors and control panels. Choose from time delay, phase and voltage monitor, alternating, current sensing, specialty and general purpose relays.
Most models are American-made and carry a 5-year warranty. Over 1,800 Macromatic items are available to choose from.
30-second percentage timer for applications that require adjustable ON time as a percentage of the total cycle, including irrigation, heating, cooling and chemical feed systems.
Single-channel pump seal failure relay for monitoring moisture leakage in submersible pump seals, with adjustable sensitivity and LED status indication.
6 mm slim DIN-rail relay for high-density control panels. The relay and socket are supplied as one unit with LED status indication and finger-safe protection.
Cross-wired duplexor alternating relay designed to balance operating time between two loads, with LED lead-load indication and a selector switch for manual lead selection.
Check before you order: Verify voltage, timing range, contact rating, housing and socket on the product page. Specifications and stock are subject to change.

Question
Why it matters
What is the control voltage?
Listings span 12 V AC/DC to 575 V AC. Voltage must match or be within range if a range is specified.
Single-phase or 3-phase?
Phase monitors protect 3-phase systems; voltage monitors protect single-phase.
What timing range is needed?
Ranges run from 0.01 sec to 10,230 hours. Pick a range that leaves room on both ends.
How will it mount?
Surface, DIN-rail or plug-in. Plug-in relays need a matching socket, often octal, which are usually sold separately.
What is the environment?
Encapsulated housings suit harsh conditions. Hazardous locations call for intrinsically safe relays (Note that intrinsically safe relays still need to be mounted in a safe location).

What is a Macromatic relay?
Macromatic makes industrial control relays that monitor electrical loads, voltages, phase errors, and other machine functions. The line includes time delay, phase monitor, voltage monitor, alternating, current sensing, percentage timers, seal leak, and intrinsically safe relays, plus general purpose models.
Are Macromatic relays made in the USA?
Many are. American-made Macromatic relays are typically built to order and carry a 5-year warranty. Confirm origin and warranty before ordering.
How do I choose between a phase monitor and a voltage monitor relay?
Use a phase monitor on 3-phase equipment to catch phase loss, phase reversal and unbalance. Use a voltage monitor on single-phase systems to catch over or under voltage, or a voltage band relay to keep voltage inside a set range.
What mounting styles are available?
Surface mount, DIN-rail mount and plug-in, depending on the model. Most Macromatic plug-in relays use an octal socket. Sockets are typically sold separately and are linked on the product page to the corresponding relay.
Which Macromatic relay balances run time between two pumps?
An alternating relay. It equalizes run time across 2 or 3 loads, and some models add a selector switch to choose which load runs first or to alternate.
