⚠️ Bypass the Ballast Before Installation
This lamp requires a ballast-bypass installation and is not dimmable. Before ordering, confirm the fixture uses an EX39 Mogul (39mm diameter), provides enough room for the 11.5" Length x 4.8" Diameter lamp, and supplies 120-277V AC line voltage.
Turn off power before service and have the ballast bypass completed in accordance with the product instructions and applicable electrical codes.

📋 Basic Installation Overview
1. Confirm Compatibility: Verify the fixture has an EX39 mogul socket, sufficient internal clearance, and a 120-277V AC supply.
2. Disconnect Power: Shut off and verify power to the fixture before removing the existing HID lamp or servicing the wiring.
3. Bypass the Ballast: Remove the ballast from the operating circuit and connect the socket for the required line-voltage input.
4. Install the Lamp: Seat the LED-8065M40 securely in the socket without forcing the lamp or contacting internal fixture components.
5. Restore and Test: Reassemble the fixture, restore power, and confirm stable operation before returning the fixture to service.
