LED-9006 60W Work Light Major Electronix offers a selection of LED temporary work site lights from Light Efficient Design. Also called job site lights, they are ideal for construction and other applications in which having a permanently installed light fixture is either unnecessary or not feasible. They are available both as singular bulbs and as a light string. Various features include durability for easy transport between job sites and the ability to daisy chain multiple lights together.

The singular temporary work lights include both a standard and economy version. The economy version is slightly taller and wider than the standard version and has a non-coated stainless-steel cage. The cage on the standard versions have grips on the bottom to easily stand the light on the ground if needed. The economy work lights are available for 100W and can have either a clear or a frosted lens. The frosted lens is ideal when reducing glare is important. Up to 6 of the economy lights can be daisy chained together and they come with a 10-foot power cord. The standard LED work lights come in 60W, 100W, or 150W versions. Depending on the wattage, up to 4, 6, or 10 can be daisy chained together, as long as the total wattage does not exceed 600W. These lights include a 35-foot power cord and a remote control for operating the light from a distance. These LED job site lights have a metal hook that holds cords in place while daisy chained so they won't come unplugged. Both the standard and economy versions have a top hook for easy hanging. With the included power cords, there is also less of a need for having extension cords on site.

For jobs where a number of multiple lights is needed, there is the LED-9003 string of 5 work lights. The lights on the string are permanently connected to each other and have a total output of 40W, or 8W per light. Each string is 50 feet long and up to 10 can be daisy chained together to create a 500-foot string with 50 lights. Each light has its own metal hook for a quick installation. They also feature a compact housing, as each bulb is a little over 3" tall. These lights can be used in dry, damp, or wet locations.

All of these work lights are UL & CUL Listed, with the standard singular lights and the light string also being RoHS compliant. The singular LED work site lights have a 5-year manufacturer's warranty, while the work light string has a 3 year manufacturer's warranty.
