FASTEST INSTALL

Simply push onto corrugated conduit until it snaps into place with no tools required. Certain models rotate after installation for cable routing flexibility.

📐 Straight Style
Standard inline connection. Some are rotatable after snap-in.
📐 Snap Elbow Style
Feed wires straight, then snap into a 90° angle like elbow cable glands.

🚨 Troubleshooting: 5 Common Problems

❌ Fitting won't snap in all the way ▼ click to expand
  • Check conduit OD. Push-in fittings are size-specific. A 20mm fitting will not accept 25mm tubing.
  • Inspect cut end. Burrs or angled cuts prevent full insertion. Trim and re-cut tubing.
  • Check tubing brand. These fittings are designed for Sealcon corrugated conduit, so the pitch and OD of other brands may not match. Check specs to be sure
❌ Turn-to-seal cap nut won't tighten / leaks ▼ click to expand
  • Cross-threading. Back cap nut off completely and re-engage by hand before tightening.
  • Conduit not fully seated. Push tubing in until it bottoms out before turning the cap nut.
  • Thread mismatch. Verify the fitting thread type (NPT/PG/Metric) matches the panel knockout or connector.

  • Switch fitting type. Push-in fittings handle light vibration; heavy vibration applications require turn-to-seal fittings.
  • Add a mounting bracket. Support the conduit run within 2–3 inches of the fitting to reduce lever forces.

  • Upgrade to nickel-plated brass. Brass fittings maintain integrity at lower ambient temperatures than standard black nylon.
  • Check temp rating. Verify the fitting's rated operating temperature range matches your application's low.

  • Too many cables. Reduce cable bundle diameter or use a larger conduit size.
  • Cable stiffness. Heavy-gauge cables can prevent the elbow from snapping shut. Switch to a rigid right angle fitting and pre-load cables before mounting.
