Automatic Condensate Drainage Without Air Loss
The JORC 3602 U1 SMART-GUARD-MINI-AL combines zero-air-loss condensate drainage with normally open alarm contacts for connection to an external alarm device. This 230V AC level-sensing drain is designed for refrigerated dryers and filters where space is limited and supports compressor capacities up to 350 CFM.
The level sensor operates a direct-acting valve to discharge condensate as it collects. Blockage detection initiates attempts to clear the valve, and the alarm is designed to activate when the valve opens more than 100 times without a pause. The LED flashes continuously in alarm mode. A built-in mesh strainer protects the valve, and its external position provides access for maintenance.
